Service Description

Children birth to approximately 3.5/4 are invited to explore a day of stories, sensory explorations, and silly time with friends! Each week we begin with our guide leading a snuggly, movement welcome story time with a beautiful book. Prior, families are encouraged to arrive between 10 an 10.45 to allow for a slow transition into classtime. We then invite the children to explore a material, environment, or create a masterpiece of their own. Our explorations are designed to encourage sensory integration, build gross and fine motor skills, and create problem solving opportunities. Afterwards, the children enjoy free play in our Outdoor Classroom, which is ever evolving to suit the season, the children's interests, and the monthly celebrations. Finally, we circle up for a peaceful and precious communal style picnic lunch! Some families choose to go home after lunch, but the classroom remains open until approximately 2pm.
